Ladedruck und Ventile

Alles, was den Ladedruck regelt und begrenzt: externe Wastegates, Betätiger für interne Wastegates, Blow-off- und Schubumluftventile sowie mechanische und elektronische Ladedruckregler mit den passenden Anzeigen und Verteilerblöcken.

Das Wastegate entscheidet, wie viel Abgas am Turbinenrad vorbeigeht, und bestimmt damit den Ladedruck. Das Abblasventil baut den Überdruck zwischen Verdichter und Drosselklappe ab, sobald du vom Gas gehst, und schützt den Lader vor dem Pumpen. Der Regler sitzt in der Steuerleitung dazwischen und legt fest, bei welchem Druck das Wastegate öffnet.
